The Not Without Reason Ministry

Wesley uses Not Without Reason as a tool for sharing the Christian faith with others. As part of this, he aims to distribute free copies of the paperback to those who do not yet know Jesus. Through face-to-face conversations, he tries to find those who are curious or seeking and get the message of Christ into their hands. While Jesus' message needs to spread to every corner of our world, Wesley currently feels called to focus on the local mission field. He sees needs there that are worth lovingly tending.  

There are many people in the United States who have never had the Christian faith accurately explained to them. Of course, they may believe that they know about it from popular culture or other misrepresentations. They may have even attended a church before. However, despite this, they do not truly know who Jesus is and what it is like to experience His love. Of course, many of us are working to change this.

In his ministry, Wesley tries to enter into conversations with those who are open to it and then show them God's grace, love, power, and goodness. As part of this, he aims to help those who are hurting and bring Truth into a world where subjectivity is so often privileged. The goal is to point others toward the peace, freedom, and secure hope that is offered in Jesus. Not Without Reason is a tool to help facilitate this.  

Wesley invites others to partner with him financially in this ministry. Donations to the Not Without Reason Ministry go entirely to helping him print and distribute free copies of Not Without Reason. He does not take a salary or any income from these donations (i.e., even indirectly through the purchasing of copies of the book). All financial support is used for getting the paperback into the hands of those who need Jesus.

There are many ways to help get the book out and point others to the Great Healer.

• Pray - Pray that God would: use Wesley for His purposes; protect Wesley in his ministry; get Not Without Reason into exactly the right people's hands; and open the eyes of those who do not yet know Him.  
• Share It - Commit to telling 5-10 other people about the book. You can text someone a link or tell them about the book over coffee or lunch. Read it with your book club.  
• Post It - Post links to the book or to this website on your social media pages.
• Gift It - Buy a few copies as gifts for loved ones. Give the book to people who are curious, open, or seeking.
• Place It - Many neighborhoods have little free library boxes. Place of copy of Not Without Reason in your local library box.  
• Rate It - If you bought a copy on Amazon.com, leave a positive review.
• Join In - Set personal goals for sharing the gospel with others. Commit to sharing your faith with 5 or 10 people, for example, in the next 12 months. Dedicate yourself to inviting one person to your church each month. Share your testimony on social media. Write your own book. Identify ways to develop your own personal mission fields. Pray that God would guide you into the purposes and assignments that He has for you.
